RealtyCam can (in seconds!) go from this:

To this:

room: bedroom - style: standard

Here are some more examples:

room: living room - style: standard

room: living room - style: modern

room: outdoor - style: coastal

There are 7 available furniture styles:

⬆️ minimal

⬆️ standard

⬆️ modern

⬆️ midcentury

⬆️ coastal

⬆️ shabby chic

⬆️ cottagecore

You can also use virtual staging to remove or replace existing furniture and items. For example:

room: bedroom - style: standard - remove existing furniture: on

And to declutter a room:

room: empty

room: bedroom - style: modern - remove existing furniture: on

To perform virtual staging, simply open a photo, and tap the chair icon:

Then select the room type, furniture style, and tap "Generate"

Tips:

- Enable the "Virtually Staged Watermark" to include a disclosure if required for your application.

- Sometimes the AI can modify features of the room. If this happens, try regenerating. You can also try a different angle of the room, or try the "Minimal" furniture style, which can work more effectively since it is applying fewer changes. Here is an example where the AI incorrectly changed the room using the "Standard" style but was able to produce a good result with "Minimal"

⬆️ standard

⬆️ minimal

We hope you enjoy virtual staging using RealtyCam!
